As you age.... are you willing to try new things and date differently?

As we age are any of you starting feel that you are more willing to try new things and date differently then you have when you were younger?
For example: If you are white male, did you only date white females in your age group and now that you are older you find yourself either more attracted to women of other races or more willing to date women of other races? Or is the opposite and you found yourself more attracted to different women of different races and now more likely to only date people of your race?
I just think it would be interesting if we could see if we all are more open minded to dating when we age or are we get even more closed minded as we age. Were you only dating those in your social and economic class and race when you were younger and as you age are you more open minded to dating outside of your usual past dating habits?

I've always had an open mind about dating as far as race is concerned. People are people ... basically the same hopes and dreams...I think my biggest obstacle is the lifestyle differences ...
What the person does on a daily basis or routine. It's not hard for me to accept differences in folks but having to adapt to them in a continuing relationship, would really take some doing.
And then of course my daily habits and routines would probably drive someone else bananas!

wow...thought that was only me....and they seem to find me more attractive too....my grown sons hate it, but hey it is my life and I have become more open to having fun and not worrying about the future the past 6 years or so....40 was enlightening...got my tongue pierced...45-second tattoo...can't wait for 50 that oughta be interesting...have always liked younger men...recently finding that those really young ones are wayyyyyyy tooooo much fun....my sons have made their own version of a house rule...have to be older than them...ha!.

Great topic and a good point made by Jose937. On the other hand, I know if I really liked the person, I think I would be willing to engage in discussions over compromising on both ends.
