What would kissing and hugging mean in the dream?

Quote from my friend and her question. Please read on:

"In my dream, I kissed and hugged with a person I am in love with. This is very weird dream cuz in other dreams, I dream that I am following him or that we cannot be together but in this dream it seemed that we were together as boyfriend and girlfriend or maybe even more . We were in the hospital. He was the doctor (and he is a doctor) and I was the medical student( I am not yet a medical student). his kisses were so awesome and passionate ... do u know what my dream could mean? "

Is she analyzing too much or if her dream could mean anything? I have told her she is overanalyzing, but she has asked me to ask for second opinion. So, here is the question, and you are free to respond here.

This is one sort of dreaming in which she feels some kind of sensational feelings and thats why she (your friend) became eager to know about it. But is she dream like she if riding a donkey or something unusual then will she be desirous to know about that dream? I think nobody will share such kind of dreams, even with their close buddies.

Dreams are dreams nothing more and you absolutely have no control over them. Sometimes they seems pleasant and sometime they are nightmare. So i think whatever anyone try to describe will be his / her sole understanding but not a solid argument.

True ,she wouldn't be interested to know the meaning of ALL her dreams, but she is asking particularly for this one, cause she is crazy for the guy and obviosuly wants to hear something positive. Thanks for the insight and laugh though!!!
